About the AAIE Institute
Program Overview
Since 2012, the AAIE Institute for International School Leadership has offered online courses for new and aspiring international school leaders. Currently, we offer seven online courses that address key issues and challenges of international school leadership. You may choose to participate in our certificate, fellowship, masters or doctoral degree programs.
This unique program includes:
Online courses that are on-demand, self-paced and fully-facilitated, or cohort-based, resulting in a flexible design to accommodate the rigorous schedules of international educators.
Experienced instructors — many have held international school leadership positions and others have expertise in their area of concentration.
Opportunity to earn graduate credit or pursue a doctorate degree.
Individual course registration, allowing you to identify learning opportunities aligned to specific areas of development.
Rolling admissions allowing you to determine the best time to enroll in a course.
Certificates for each course you complete.
Recognition as an AAIE Fellow after successful completion of all seven courses.
